Infrastructure Network Technician

Our Infrastructure Technicians work directly with our clients to design, implement, and maintain advanced technology solutions in Network Infrastructure including switching, routing, firewalls, and VOIP for small and medium sized businesses. We are seeking motivated problem solvers who are eager to gain hands-on experience with networking technologies. This role offers extensive training and career development, including job shadowing with senior engineers, company-paid training and certifications, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers to plan, implement, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure. 
  • Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to achieve desired outcomes. 
  • Apply Systems Engineering best practices to deliver consistent and effective solutions. 
  • Stay updated with new technologies and continuously adapt to an evolving technology landscape. 
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record and be able to work outside normal business hours. * 

*This position requires travel and onsite engagement in New England and has an on-call rotation, schedule will be determined with Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Technical certifications from the following vendors strongly preferred: Cisco (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, Fortinet (NSE 4-8) or willingness to obtain a CCNA or Fortinet NSE 4 certificate within 12 months of employment.

Our New Hampshire office is relocating from Manchester to the vibrant city of Nashua early next year.
