Account Manager

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our highly skilled team of IT Sales professionals. Our Account Managers play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience and serve as trusted advisors for our Managed Services clients. This role is responsible for maintaining ongoing business relationships with clients, identifying clients’ business problems that can be solved with Systems Engineering’s services, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve client issues.
We are looking for a client-focused problem-solver who thrives on delivering high quality and timely solutions through a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and business acumen to effectively manage client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
- Translate technical insights into clear, actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders, including business value, service performance, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Develop strategic IT plans that align productivity and cybersecurity services with each client’s business goals, budgets, and compliance needs.
- Present Executive Business Reviews to C-level decision makers.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying solutions-based sales opportunities, presenting solutions, and meeting revenue and margin targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay current on industry trends to educate clients and help them navigate evolving technology landscapes and regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a client service, account management, or business-to-business sales role.
- A curiosity and passion for Information Technology and a drive to seek out learning & development opportunities as it relates to technology.
- Strong relationship building skills, ability to think strategically, problem solve and make effective decisions autonomously, while being able to work with and present to C-level decision makers on strategic initiatives.
- Flexible and agile; can work within a fast-moving environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities independently and staying organized.
- Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in person and virtually.
